While the components of True Grit change seasonally based on the availability of fresh green beans, the blend always maintains a foundational base of beans from Papua New Guinea and Colombia. This ensures the familiar depth and quality you expect, even as the specific lots evolve.

Brazil Fazenda Recreio (Pulped Natural)
Colombia Huila Cauca (Washed)
